planned value

 The sum of the budgets for all planned (earned value) work, scheduled to be accomplished within a given time period. Also known as the Budgeted Costs for Work Scheduled.

 An early term for BCWP.

planner

 A member of a project team or project support office with the responsibility for planning ,scheduling and tracking of projects. They are often primarily concerned with schedule, progress and manpower resources.

planner time

 Man-hours related to the planning function.

planning account

 Tasks which have been detailed to the greatest extent practicable, but which cannot yet be subdivided into detailed work package tasks. Planning accounts can exist at any level above the task level.
