systems analyst
The computer person responsible for analyzing users' needs and defining the
functional requirements of the computer and procedural solutions to meet those
needs.

occurring events within the project.

Job category of computer software personnel responsible for the high level
systems design; the allocation of basic functions across applications and
systems software and hardware.
