macedonia — mobilkom austria sole bidder for third cellco
Officials from the Agency for Electronic Communications have revealed that Mobilkom Austria is the sole bidder for the country’s third mobile licence. A decision on the bid will be made no later than 12 February. If successful, Mobilkom will have six months in which to launch services.
