AT&T has rolled out a version of its high speed internet access service U-verse to small businesses in more than 40 US markets including parts of Los Angeles, Sacramento, the Bay Area, Riverside, San Bernardino, Carlsbad, Hartford, Stamford, New Haven, Atlanta, Anderson, Bloomington, Indianapolis, Muncie, North-eastern Illinois, Kansas City, St. Louis, Detroit, Cleveland, Akron, Columbus, Oklahoma City, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Milwaukee and Racine. AT&T Business U-verse offers download speeds up to 10Mbps, and provides free unlimited access to the company's Wi-Fi network comprising more than 17,000 WLAN hotspots nationwide allowing users to receive and send large data files, view streaming video and access other high-bandwidth applications. There are several tiers ranging from USD40 a month up to USD100 a month, depending on the user’s downstream speed.
